Inspectors Training and licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission. He is a HOME of Texas certified inspector for stage 1, 2, 3, and final grade certification. His inspection experience includes new home construction code compliance and existing home (TREC) inspections. He also performs new warranty inspections, new home orientations, frame, foundation, and mechanical inspections. Prior to becoming an inspector, Richard spent 21 years in the United States Air Force working in special operations as a helicopter pilot. He received his undergraduate degree in Industrial Technology and his masters degree in Management. |
