The home inspection...

In a typical home inspection,

SRH Inspections, P.C

will

examine the

roof and the building exterior, including the

garage. We explain our

findings to the client as we go,

describing the building condition

and any improvements we

recommend.

The interior inspection includes any crawlspaces, the living

spaces,

and any accessible attic or roof spaces. As the

inspection

progresses, we'll offer tips for operating and

maintaining the home,

such as explaining how to turn off

water and power in an

emergency, how and when to change

filters, etc.

We'll leave our clients a home maintenance checklist that

includes

regular monthly and annual tips for keeping their

home in tip-top

condition. After reviewing our findings with

the client, we'll leave

them a report on the spot that they

can take with them to negotiate

the rest of their home

purchase.
